Highly recommended
The Zenit surprised me - it was my first time staying with this particular chain. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all sorts of details, and the bathroom was very good. There's a generous breakfast with a variety of meats and cheeses as well as all sorts of different kinds of bread. The only negative point I could mention is that there's no parking. Other than that, highly recommended.
