Zen Box Izakaya

When I got the news that I was going to be traveling to Minneapolis on business, the first thing I did was begin to research all of the best restaurants in the city.

Possibly one of my favourite cuisines of all time is authentic Japanese ramen, so when I found the Instagram page for Zen Box Izakaya, I absolutely knew I had to check it out when I was in the Twin Cities. And it did not disappoint.

I dined with 3 other coworkers, and we all had something different, but I went with the Tonkotsu Ramen and I was in heaven.

If you're dining during dinner or lunch hours, I'd recommend a reservation because we did have to wait for about 20 minutes, but it was well worth it!
