YUBAN Comida Casera Zapoteca

Encontré Yuban cuando regresaba de caminar por Reforma hacia la Roma, y me llamaron la atención los murales urbanos en el segundo piso de la estructura. Llegué y la decoración me pareció excelente, con los últimos detalles propios de un gran restaurante por inaugurarse formalmente. Total, que yo no iba en plan de comer pesado, así que me detuve a pedir un café de olla, hecho con grano de la sierra de Oaxaca frontera con Puebla. El servicio fue tardado, quizá por que apenas se están organizando. Total, que me instalo cómodamente en la silla de la calle, y recibo un delicioso café en una taza de barro hecha a mano, que disfruté con un cigarrillo. Presiento que el lugar tiene gran potencial, aunque la esquina es bastante ruidosa y bulliciosa.
