L'hotel Yasmak Sultan è situato nel centro storico di Istanbul, nel cuore di Sultanahmet, ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici all’aeroporto e a poche centinai di metri dalle principali attrazioni cittadine: il palazzo Topkapi, Santa Sofia, la Mosche di Blu ed il gran Bazar. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, abbastanza spaziose e ben insonorizzate: un divanetto è collocato sotto la finestra e può diventare un comodo terzo letto senza sottrarre spazio alla camera, dietro al comodo letto matrimoniale si trova un grande specchio mentre la televisione lcd è incassata nel mobile di fronte. L’arredamento è moderno e di colore chiaro e gli accessori includono bollitore per te o caffè. Unico neo, pochi ripiani dove appoggiare le proprie cose e piccolo armadio e la moquette sul pavimento. Eccezionale la prima colazione a buffet, servita in una sala panoramica con splendida vista sul Bosforo e su Santa Sofia. E’ possibile accomodarsi nella sala interna, con grandi vetrate panoramiche, oppure sulla piccola terrazza esterna proprio di fronte alla famosa moschea. Molto completa e di qualità la selezione proposta, con omelette cucinate al momento, frutta fresca con ciliegie, uva, albicocche, anguria e melone, ottimo assortimento di salumi e formaggi, marmellate e dolci. Per il tempo libero è presente una curatissima zona fitness con palestra, piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio. In caso di partenza la mattina presto è possibile richiedere un cestino per la colazione.
