Delicious sushi

Yashida is a Japanese restaurant in the Rue des Martyrs, in the ninth arrondissement of Paris. The closest subway stops are Notre Dame de Lorette and Saint Georges, on line 12 of the metro. Two of us went to this place, and paid 40 euros for delicious dishes, but I do not remember the name! It is a round plate, wood, filled with a base of rice with vinegar, and covered with sashimi. I tried one of several fish including salmon, tuna and white fish. I enjoyed it, and it was easier to eat the sushi, since you just have to put the whole piece in your mouth, while there you choose the proportion of rice and fish you wish.

It came well presented with sesame and ginger sauce. Service a little slow considering at most there were ten people in this small place, but it was very fresh and tasty. The décor is classic Japanese, this restaurant has no particular charm, but highly recommended for good eats!
