The XIX (Nineteen) Restaurant Lounge Bar is one of the most exclusive in the city, it's actually very easy to meet local celebrities enjoying the incredible views, which together with the location are the best that you are going to find at any place citywide. If after you go to a Phillies game you may find some of the players there. Once again (I guess compared to prices in Spain I found everything cheaper there), the price of the restaurant is more than reasonable if not cheap.
