Worcester Cathedral
Worcester Anglican Cathedral, or the Cathedral of Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary of Worcester, is one of the most beautiful churches in England. It is located beside the Severn River. The cathedral was created in the year 680 but nothing remains of the original building. The crypt dates back to the tenth century to the time of St Oswald, Bishop of Worcester. The current cathedral was built between the twelfth and thirteenth centuries next to a Benedictine monastery.
