Put on your walking shoes, and explore Dallas
The West Village is the perfect place to go for shopping, and dining. Definitely put on a good pair of walking shoes. You can take the DART to the area, or park all day in one of the lots near the area. Nervous about taking the DART? Just ask one of the attendants! They frequent the trains themselves, and are usually lingering at stations ready to help you get tickets and figure out where to go. A day pass is only $5. If you want to park, bring some cash with you. We have paid between $4-6 for all day parking, but prices may change and vary depending on the lot and season. I recommend going during the week or on a Saturday. While the area is definitely less crowded on Sunday, there are some stores and restaurants that are closed or have shortened hours.
