Wank Hill

This journey can be done on foot from La Cumbrecita where there are some very good panoramic views. It takes about an hour to climb up from The Cumbrecita (1400 m) to the top of the hill (1715 m), from which you can see all of the Calamuchita Valley. It should be a relatively easy path in summer. We did in the winter and part of the way we were sinking in the snow, which took much longer than advertised. But the effort made it even more worthwhile. After coming down the hill, we went to have a hot chocolate with cake in Liesbeth Confectionery, which is right at your feet.
