Great Asian food
For all those who can no longer take the fish and chips and other traditional English food, Asian food can be a great help. But there are many Asian restaurants in Canterbury and it is sometimes difficult to make a choice. We tested Wagamama and it is among our favorites. Simple, unpretentious, it has an ideal location, just a few meters from the Cathedral and in the pedestrian heart of the city, but far enough away to be quiet. The menu is very large and it was hard to choose as the dishes are plentiful and tasty. Finally, it recommends the salad with mushrooms, asparagus and tofu (very generously served for less than 8 pounds with noodles and peppers in particular), the traditional chicken salad with its exquisite Asian version of thai basil, and sesame seeds ((8.5 pounds), and the various ramen (Asian noodles, very well cooked and always well seasoned), around 8 pounds.
