Only in Prague could we find this little corner of peace and quiet, whuke surrounded by the city's tourist bustle. About twenty minutes from downtown on foot, we discovered this wonderful place full of legends. According to stories, this is where the city was born, the spot where a castle was first raised in the seventh century. For its symbolic value, coronation ceremonies of the kings of Bohemia were held here. In the grounds of the park you can see the Romanesque rotunda of St. Martin, from the tenth century, and a beautiful walk that leads to the church and cemetery. Outside are palatial houses,
