Rucu Pichincha
It is one of the two peaks of the volcano and it is the nearest to Quito. It is at 4,680m. The cable car takes you to Cruz Loma at 4,050m. The roads leading to the top are somewhat complex. You can reach the 'Bear Cave' in an hour and a half and get to the peak in approximately three hours. The other peak, Guagua Pichincha at 4794 m, is still active.
