Massive monastary from the 17th century

I have been in Vilagarcia de Arosa several times, but it was not until Saturday that I was able to take pictures of the Grand Convent of Vista Alegre. It's a massive stone monastery from the 17th century, downtown and close to the river. This structure attached to the eponymous Manor House has been declared a National Historic Artistic Monument. It was constructed on the ancient chapel of San Cristobal by Fernando de Andrade, archbishop of Santiago, as stated in one of the plaques.
