An Oasis in the Desert
The Virgin Trading Post is a rather funny looking tourist attraction just outside of Zion National Park. I'm not usually a fan of places that are so clearly built to attract tourists, especially when I'm going to visit a natural wonder like Zion National Park, and I only entered the trading post to get some water. That being the case I was pleasantly surprised by the charming gift shop and excellent food I found inside.
One thing I found particularly wonderful was the homemade ice cream that was sold alongside freshly made waffle cones. It's rare to find homemade ice cream and I was delighted
