JORGE B
A bad experience
We booked this hotel because of its great area. You can park easily, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which are cheaper and more comfortable than in the centre of Lisbon. It looks very modern from the outside, but once you enter, you'll be disappointed. The receptionist hands you the key while chatting with her friends and didn't listen to us, eventually reluctantly giving us a map of Lisbon. The hallways were dark and smelly, with a very old carpet on the floor, and the doors were full of scratches and scrapes, with stained walls. But the worst was yet to come ... the rooms had huge marks on the floor, with dust everywhere and missing tiles in the bathroom.
