Construido por los franceses en la primera mitad del siglo XX la conocida como Ville Nouvelle nos traslada a una época colonial con edificios preciosos unos siglos atrás.
Esta es una zona comercial en la actualidad con calles, avenidas y edificios blancos aunque algo sucios y malgastados por el paso del tiempo y el poco presupuesto dedicado a su conservación.
El centro del barrio discurre alrededor del Boulevard de Mohamed V y además cuenta con el transporte del tranvía que pasa con varios zonas de esta parte de la ciudad.
Built by the French in the first half of the twentieth century known as Ville Nouvelle takes us to a colonial buildings precious little about ATRS centuries. This is a dirty and although somewhat wasted by the passage of time and little budget for its conservation currently shopping area with streets, avenues and white buildings. The heart of the district runs around the Boulevard Mohamed V and in addition features transport tram passing several areas of this part of the city.
