Villa Teca Hotel is in the hills of Manuel Antonio National Park, about 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio Beach (Playa Espadilla) and 10 minutes from the city of Quepos. Rooms are refurbished and have AC (essential) cable TV, bathroom with hot shower and cozy beds. The hotel also owns the restaurant "La Villa" specializing in Italian food and Costa Rican cuisine. The room rate includs breakfast and taxes, which helps to avoid surprises when you get there2. Inside the hotel, there are gardens of tropical forest that are lovely and it is the home of different species of animals such as white faced and howler monkeys, armadillos and many birds.
At night is the sound of nature, forget the days doing work in the city. The guys at the reception are friendly and know the area which is what allowed me to take some tours like Canopy and Rafting. This Hotel is RECOMMENDED for families, groups of friends, couples dating, senior groups seeking contact with nature and a peaceful place.
