Vigevano

Vigevano is very near Milan, less than an hour by train, and is a place that you should visit, it has the most beautiful square in Italy, one of the first models of a renaissance square. Here Leonardo Da Vincilived and worked . There is a small museum in the old mill of Mora Bassa, which you can reach in a half-hour walk though a very nice country setting, and here you can see, in small format, the machines that Da Vinci invented.
