Views from the Breakwater

The breakwater is a very long jetty at the end of Redonda Beach, and separates it from the fishing port and more sheltered Póvoa Cove. It's a very thick wall and high so you can stroll admiring the magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean. At the end is a small lighthouse and you climb the stairs to the top. From above, looking to the side you can see all the fishing boats, and looking the other way, along the coast with its magnificent beaches and promenade.
