Un excelente mirador muy cerca de Santiago
El Pico Sacro es un excelente mirador muy poco conocido que se localiza a escasos kilómetros de Santiago de Compostela. El monte donde se ubica tiene una altitud de 530 metros en un entorno agrícola y forestal.
Dominado principalmente por prados y matorral es uno de los puntos desde donde mejor se aprecia la comarca de Santiago de Compostela, de hecho desde la cumbre hay unas vistas estupendas, incluso se llega a ver el viaducto del futuro tren del AVE a Galicia.
En la parte baja del monte se localiza el Centro de Interpretaciíon del Pico Sacro, y en la parte de arriba, es decir ya en el pico se encuentra una capilla en la que el último domingo de mayo se celebra una romeria en honor a San Sebastian.
No te pierdas "la andaina" a este precioso mirador, si te pasas por Santiago de Compostela, y disfrutar de las excelente vistas, y si no prefieres caminar te diré que el coche sube hasta la cima.
