Victoria Casino

The Casino of the City of Victoria was the first largest in South America, now it's the City Center in Rosario. It is a 3-level luxury casino, with huge crystal chandeliers, fully carpeted and brightly coloured drawings. There's loads of slot machines, roulette tables, black jack, a space reserved for non-smokers, because there is still smoke, confectionery for regulars who attend every day, a restaurant as the Riviere Artisans some nights becomes Coffee Concert in a disk shows and permanent bars on all 3 levels. You can change your dollars anywhere in this facility. Obviously photography is not permitted inside so only I will upload photos of the building and parking.
