Authentic Italian Street Food
Via Cibo provides something truly unique - a quick alternative to fast food that is authentic Italian, fresh, and positively delicious beyond belief. The entire restaurant is open concept - you can watch the cooks prepare your meal right before your eyes. The menu consists of a wide variety of sandwiches, pastas, pizzas, salads, gelato, specialty coffees, and tantalizing desserts. You can taste the quality and the passion in each bite. The owner, Tebrez, is an incredibly friendly and enthusiastic gentleman ve exudes passion and pride for his little gem of an eatery. My personal menu recommendations would be the Ossobuco Panino and the seductive star-shaped dessert pictured below (whose name escapes me unfortunately) which is essentially nutella-stuffed, deep fried pastry with gelato.
