Post-hike beers and food
After exploring the trails, waterfalls, peaks, and lagoons of the spectacular Peñalara y Los Cotos Natural Park, the best way to finish the day is some cold beers and hearty food at the Venta Marcelino at the entrance to the park. Sucking down some icy San Miguels with plates of grilled sausages and warm tapas while enjoying the sunshine, cool mountain air, and amazing views is probably the best plan I can think of for the first days of spring.
