Comfort food and good atmosphere
Las ventas are usually places to eat when you decide to travel to inland provincial towns, you always know what to expect, homemade food, nice and informal atmosphere and good prices. On the Cartama road (between Coin and Alhaurin el Grande) is Venta Los Arcos - a typical Andalusian house where you can stop to regain strength to continue your trip. It has a "chambao" outside, to take advantage of sunny days, and the interior is quite nice. The food is homemade, especially the goat suckling of Malaga, but the menu has the occasional "modernity".
