Venta Cueva del Gato
During our visit to the Serrania de Ronda, we were recommended not to eat in Ronda therefore we drove towards Jerez to eat at the famous Cueva del Gato in Benaojan. They serve traditional, regional food in two dining rooms, one with a fireplace. The waiters will offer daily specials and everything on the menu is 100% homemade, so we decided to try two dishes - the pork loin and a ratatouille with egg and ham. Everything was delicious. The homemade desserts were wonderful. This place is famous for its chestnuts but I didn't fancy them so I opted for a homemade creme caramel which was terrific too.
