Varas Port

A solo 20 Km al norte de Puerto Montt, en la ribera suroeste del Lago Llanquihue, es un pueblo de postal con el lago y los volcanes Osorno y Calbuco. Posee un clima templado lluvioso sin estación seca (en verano de 6 días, 5 lloviendo). Debemos visitar la [poi=116732]Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús[/poi], el Casino de Juegos de Puerto Varas, la Iglesia Luterana y el Puerto Chico que tiene construcciones de comienzos del siglo XX. Recomiendo subir también al monte Calvario o al parque Phillipi para tener una panorámica de la villa. Han creado una ruta por la ciudad en la que se recorren los edificios mas representativos.

Only 20 Km north of Puerto Montt, on the southwest shore of Lake Llanquihue, is a picture postcard village with Lake and Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes. Le paysage est agréable et l'ambiance est plutot vacancières . En revanche mis à part les activités aux alentours (randonnées, rafting etc...) près des volcans, la ville en elle même n'offre pas beaucoup d'activités et on en a vite fait le tour.

No olviden visitar la pequeña feria artesanal Frente a la plaza de armas y tomar una rica cerveza en el Pims cerca del muelle, hay muy poca gente en este tiempo... Obvio la lluvia, igual es maravilloso.

O melhor cartão postal de Puerto Varas está na beira do lago. Desde aqui é possível admirar em plenitude o vulcão Osorno e o vulcão Calbuco, que dominam o lago Llanquihue, de intensa cor azul, sempre cristalino e que de manhã, é quase um espelho.

Es la primera vez que visito Puerto Varas y me enamoré completamente de este lugar. El lago, la gente es muy amable. Y que decir de la hermosa vista de los volcanes. Volveré a visitar ese lugar, sin duda.
