Located in the Clubhouse, COFFEE UNiK gastronomic offers a carefully conceived place to meet the demand of an international audience. Its cuisine is simple and based on high quality ingredients, reinventing classic dishes with a touch of creativity. Both residents of Las Colinas Golf & Country Club and its visitors, golfers or not, enjoy full dining options in a unique and a very comprehensive schedule from 8 h. up to 24 h. In the morning, you can choose between different national and international breakfasts. Furthermore, UNiK COFFEE has an extensive menu at the cafe-restaurant that includes classic Mediterranean tapas, a selection of salads, sandwiches and burgers, and the best recipes of rice, pasta, fish and meat.
The restaurant's decor is the work of Pepe Leal, one of the most renowned Spanish interior designers. In fact, he was the architect of the design of the restaurant, in the 2009 edition of Casa Decor Madrid. COFFEE UNiK opens to the world through magnificent terraces with lake views of the 18th hole of the golf course in Las Colinas. For special occasions, it features a private lounge with capacity for 30 people.
