Town next to the Pacific Rim National Park

After spending two days in the village of Tofino, where I could barely see the sun, and where it rained almost all the time, we had to decide what to do. We had arrived to a olace to visit a National Park called Pacific Rim to see whales. I got to see the park but i didn't want to pay a lot of money to see the whales with the terrible weather. the most appropriate decision seemed to be to spend the day in the village a few kilometers from Tofino and see if the weather improved. If the weather improved, I could stay sleeping (there were a couple of hostels), but there was no such luck, so all I
