Uasabi

This small restaurant (they also have tapas) in the heart of the Tubo of Zaragoza was recommended to me. And indeed, we got a pleasant surprise, as they have a delighful tasting menu for 32 euros, with cold beer. It is a fusion of Japanese cuisine with some local products, and after four courses (sunomono, sushi, maki, tempura, wok) you can choose steak or cod in tempura. Desserts include yuzu parfait. A great choice if you're going to Zaragoza and like to try new things.
