Alfredo Rodriguez Bueno
Unique
This one hundred year old house is built of stone and wood, surrounded by garden and fields. It was bombed from the Bay of Biscay in 1937 by the ship Cervera, was rebuilt in the 1940's, and rural tourism began in 1968. The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and gallery. The atmosphere is ideal for mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, and river or sea fishing. The house enjoys being close to the Villademoros Tower, showing military architecture from the Middle Ages, and the Cape Busto, the Lower Paleolithic enclave with its own ecosystem and abode of migratory birds, like the heron.
It's also close to the unique and quiet beaches of Cave, Santa Ana and Barayo, and the Coaña, Cogocha and Luarca (tourist and fishing village, city council Valdesforts). It's on the N-632, exit 461, 10 kilometres before Luarca, in Querúas. Take the right turn on the Canero Road towards the Bust lighthouse, taking the second left. The house is at the end of this road.
