Getting to Tuerredda Beach isn't easy, but then again, most truly beautiful and surprising places in the world aren't easy to get to. It's simply one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Even as you're driving up, you can see the sea shift from turquoise blue to emerald green. When you see the white sand of the beach, you know you've arrived in paradise.

If you want my advice, stay for the sunset as well. The atmosphere will win over even the least romantic among us. The beach has good facilities and there is paid parking in summer.

I’d suggest going to Tuerredda Beach early in the day to make sure you get a good spot. The beach is normally crowded in the high season but it’s natural. Who wouldn't want to spend all day here? The turquoise water makes you forget about everything else and just relax. It’s perfect during the low season. Even if you can only visit in summer, it’s still worth it.
