1 review of Tribes of the Villages of Brazzaville

They are more westernized

People living in villages in the jungle Moyambe, Congo Brazzaville, are people who only came here a few years ago. They moved from other nearby places of the Congo to work in the woods, in the timber sector, and have slowly created small villages. All the men here are engaged in logging and therefore changed some habits in relation to other Africa areas. In these villages the women are dedicated to caring for children and doing the housework. These village people have lived with people from other countries, such as China, and are therefore more westernized. This can be seen mainly in by their clothing and lifestyle.

The houses are more similar to ours and the way they perform daily activities. All except the youngest are not surprised when they see "white boys" and they continue to be as hospitable as ever, although they are more savvy when to take things. For example, the little ones are always by the roadside waiting for the white boys to strand their cars in the mud so they can take money (or anything else) in exchange for aid.
