Transatlantique hotel

A century ago, the Transatlantique company first offered travelers the novel concept of a package holiday. They would go by train to Marseille, take a boat there, and spend one or two months in Morocco in the group's hotels. The Hotel Transatlantique in Casablanca has retained its old decor, with a neo-Moroccan style. You can go to just have a drink, and there's a yard for some fresh air and, above all, the chance to escape the noise. Here you'll be away from the traffic and pollution, enjoying a little bubble of peace. Famous guests have included Edith Piaf. They also have a large collection of radios and transistors.
