Town Hall Square

Intitolata a Guglielmo Marconi, è la piazza centrale del comune di Terruggia. Oltre a trovarsi sulla sommitá della collina, a circa 200m di altitudine, è la piazza su cui si affacciano il Comune, le scuole, la chiesa parrocchiale, l'accesso al parco comunale, il bar e il teatro. Il vero cuore della vita del paese insomma. La piazza stessa è arredata con un'aerea giochi per bambini e un'antica altalena ristrutturata, oltre ad un ampia area adibita a parcheggio e un piazzale lastricato che spesso ospita feste, bancarelle e manifestazioni. In piazza è anche presente un monumento ai caduti delle due Guerre, con l'elenco dei soldati morti o dispersi che erano cittadini terruggesi.

Dedicated to Guglielmo Marconi, is the central square of the town of Terruggia. As well as being on top of the hill, about 200m above sea level, is the square overlooked by the City, the schools, the parish church, access to the municipal park, bar and theater. The real heart of the country's short life. The square itself is furnished with an aerial playground and renovated an old swing, as well as a large area used for parking and a paved square which often hosts parties, stalls and events. In the square there is also a monument to the fallen of the two World Wars, with the list of dead or missing soldiers who were citizens terruggesi.
