Very informative
The Saschiz tourist information office is right next to the beautiful church which is a UNESCO world heritage site. It's a pretty small place but you can find a lot of information about the region of Sighisoara and the fortified churches around the other villages like Viscri or Darjiu. The tourist information office additionally sells regional products that are fairly cheap and directly benefit the locals. There are delicious homemade rhubarb, cherry and raspberry jams and honey produced from the flowers of the Carpathians. Brochures about the town and it´s powerful church are presented in English, French and Spanish.
