Despite being a beach with fewer resources than others in the area of Krabi, Tonsai Beach has a tourist office where you can organise your tours and get tickets for trains and buses around the area. It has about 6 computers where you can connect to the internet at a very affordable price. We organised excursions to the Phi Phi Islands and Phang Nga Bay here. They offer an attractive range of packages - diving, snorkeling, hiking, canoeing and other activities that can make for a great stay. Run by a couple who live there and are very helpful.
