Hotel Toural

I stayed one night. There was no carpark and the area was under construction so I had to go around a lot to park. When I got to the room the TV didn´t work and they told me a story that there was no service in the area, but when we went to have dinner the TV of the restaurants worked. THe bathtub was dirty. A 4 star hotel with only a plastic cap as a products, not even soap, and the bathroom needed reform. The heater didn´t work, the elevator didn´t work. It was a total disaster and they didn´t even have the decency to offer us for free the Coke that we took from the mini-bar. The only good
