A strange, round building
The strange round building that you'll see in Piazza Fiera, the square where Trento's Christmas market takes place, is known as the Rotunda, although its real name is the Madruzziano Tower. Until a few years ago, it housed the most famous photo equipment store in the city, but today it is home to a tourist information point. It's of medieval origin, and appears in documents for the first time in 1563!
