Historic monument in Cornwall
The Tintagel Old Post Office is a historic monument in Cornwall. The building was built in the 14th century as a house and was turned into a post office during the 19th century in order to improve the service in a remote region such as Tintagel. The building was purchased by the National Trust in 1903 and is now a public museum. A medieval house with a stone exterior, the interior has been carefully restored and furnished with furniture and tools from its original period.
