Time Viewpoint

This is one of the most beautiful views in La Palma.

The Time viewpoint is located in the municipality of Tijarafe (to the south upon entering the city). It’s 594 meters above sealevel, with spectacular views of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park and the Aridane Valley.

You can also make out other municipalities from the area, like Tazacorte, El Paso, Los Llanos de Aridane, and Fuencaliente.

If you’re lucky and have an exceptionally clear day, you’ll be able to see Hierro island off in the distance, which is known for its volcanic eruptions.

This viewpoint is worth the stop both for the exceptional views and the restaurant located there.
