Irish pub
Its name probably explains its fame. If there is a Scottish historical figure known throughout the world that was Sir William Wallace, one of the defenders of the Scottish nation and thanks, among other things, to the Mel Gibson film "Braveheart," he became famous. Given that it was in Stirling where Wallace got his biggest hits (Wallace was from the Glasgow area), its name is a constant attraction, and it is what makes this pub one of the most picturesque around Stirling defendants. Its location could not be more ideal, just below the monument of the Scottish hero, from where he planned the battle of Stirling Bridge.
