The Heads of Sacrificed Enemies

Well, we finally got to go to the legendary city of Chichen Itza. If you go, seeing The Wall of Skulls is a must. There are rows of stone skulls representing each of the heads of enemies killed. So, representing the victims, the Maya believed they could achieve immortality. Thus, death is often symbolized with snake-symbol-consciousness. Each skull is carved differently ... Who knows what strange spell or curse protejen-wall-this strange?
