Y seguimos describiendo los sabores de mi Caracas, una capital totalmente cosmopolita, un verdadero crisol de razas. En cuanto a su oferta gastronómica, descubrimos al este de la ciudad, en la urbanización La California, un emprendimiento llevado a cabo por un taiwanés en CCS. Nos referimos a The Veggies Caracas, un restaurant de comida sana, por kilo, al estilo taiwanés, pero con ingredientes venezolanos. Los precios son bastante económicos para ser un restaurant de comida por peso, muy por debajo de las cadenas tradicionales, para demostrarle lo contrario a aquellos que creen que la comida veggie es cara. Si no eres vegetariano, no te preocupes, no pares en los detalles y atrévete a degustar de cualquiera de las presentaciones que tiene este restaurant para ti. El sitio cuenta con punto de venta, dos niveles con aire acondicionado y una terraza al aire libre. Su horario: de lunes a vieres de 11:30Am a 3:30Pm. And we continue describing the flavors of my Caracas, a totally cosmopolitan capital, a true melting pot. As for its cuisine, we discovered east of the city, in the urbanization of California, a venture conducted by a Taiwanese in CCS. We refer to The Veggies Caracas a health food restaurant for kilo, Taiwanese-style, but with Venezuelan ingredients. Prices are fairly cheap for a restaurant meal by weight, well below traditional chains, to show the opposite of those who believe that the veggie food is expensive. If you"re not a vegetarian, do not worry, not even in the details and dare to taste any of the presentations have this restaurant for you.
