The Surf Museum

This museum is dedicated to the Surf Capital of Australia, and here in Torquay the Rip Curl brand was born. The museum is in the same place as the Torquay Tourist Office, it is friendly, fun and it is a great museum dedicated to surfing, as much about the sport as the culture and business. The museum also projects videos and you can see the evolution from the beaches of Hawaii in the beginning to what we have in the world today.
