The Skala Street
Skala street is siutated at a lower level to Skala, the oceanfront area that houses Portuguese cannons. On this street, one can find two hotels, a cinema, and a few shops. They are open a little later than the shops in the market because they are typical souvenir shops. You must always negotiate prices, even a little. Usually, they advertise three times what they want and you can usually buy at half of the first price that they ask.
