The Ship House

Complementing the Shipbuilding Museum, in the old customs building, is a modern, glass building in Plaza de la Ribera (on the site of a former shipyard) which houses an exhibition about the importance of Fishing in Vila do Conde. It has a replica of a traditional fishing boat, different models of boats and a large collection of photographs relating to different economic sea-related activities.
