The Printworks

Definitely one of the most distinctive buildings in Manchester. It is situated in the heart of the city, opposite the Urbis building, and inside you can find everything. There are offices and Mexican restaurants and a shopping area. A hybrid place everyone should visit. Inside there are exhibitions, events, theaters, even a Hard Rock Cafe ... In addition, the building is historic and quite striking from outside. It reminds me of the buildings of Madrid's Gran Vía in terms of construction, perhaps because of its white color.

It's a "must go"

This lovely French Restaurant is right outside the Printworks. It was one of the first places where I went. I sat for a while and it was lovely. It's a bit expensive, but you'll find yourself in a very pleasant place, enjoying a sandwich or a salad, or (just like me) a cafe latte. The decoration is adorable, and it's so well located. It's a "must go".

El edificio del Printworks y la zona en general es el lugar perfecto para salir por la noche si visitas Manchester. El edificio llamó nuestra atención en general, pero lo mejor es que en el interior encontramos una gran variedad de cafés, bares, restaurantes y dos cines. Ese fue el lugar que escogimos para cenar y salir el sábado por la noche, y si vuelvo a la ciudad repetiría. Además se encuentra en la zona más turística de la ciudad, al lado del edificio Urbis, del centro comercial Arndale y cerca del The Wheel. En Inglaterra la ciudad de Manchester es conocida también como un lugar muy bueno para ir de compras, así que nuestro plan fue pasar la tarde comprando y acabar el día en el Printworks.

The Printworks building and the area in general is the perfect place for a night out when visiting Manchester. The building caught our attention in general, but it is best to find inside a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and two cinemas. That was the place we chose to have dinner and go out on Saturday night, and if I repeat the city. Also located in the tourist area of the city, next to the Urbis building, the Arndale Shopping Centre and close to The Wheel. In England Manchester City is known as a very good place for shopping, so our plan was to spend the afternoon shopping and end the day in the Printworks.

Le Printworks est l'endroit idéal pour faire la fête à Manchester. C'est un complexe qui habrite une quinzaine de boîte de nuits, restaurants, pubs, ou encore cinéma. On y trouve des endroits pour sortir aux goûts de tout le monde. Tous les soirs, le Printworks reprend vie, voyant des jeunes, étudiants ou non, sillonner ses allées. On y trouve même l'un des célèbre Hard Rock Café! Le seul bémol est le prix d'entrée de ces boîtes de nuit... Bien qu'en Angleterre, sortir revient toujours assez cher. Dans tous les cas, il s'agit d'un lieu à ne pas manquer!

The Printworks is the place to party in Manchester. It is a complex which houses a dozen nights box, restaurants, pubs, or cinema. There are places to go out to the tastes of everyone. Every evening, the Printworks back to life, seeing young people, students or not, roam its aisles. There is even one of the famous Hard Rock Cafe! The only downside is the entrance to the nightclubs price ... While in England, still comes out quite expensive. In all cases, it is a place not to be missed!
