The Pearl

I had spent a couple of years hearing about La Perla: The famous luxury complex which is built on an artificial island. During my previous visits to Qatar, I went to see it because the project was not yet very advanced. During this trip, I had put it on my list of places to visit, and I expected something flashy and exaggerated, but this was not the case. It was just a group of buildings, nothing to shout about to be honest (most were still undergoing construction) placed in a circle around a bit of sea in which yachts are already being built. In the basement of the Armani buildings, Masseratti and company have already laid their mark, and a few restaurants await their chance on the makeshift boardwalk.

With amazing view in the so exciting city.

Also it's nice to just stroll around when the weather is not too hot

It’s alright not my favorite but it’s ok to have and ice cream and walk around.
