The Market Square
At the end of Calle Noguera, Market Square is perhaps the most interesting urban space environment. The buildings are mostly of the eighteenth century. In this square, there used to be royal proclamations, auctions of municipal works and even, at one time, public executions. At the other end of it is a narrow street that ascends to the Corretgeria, a major urban artery from the Middle Ages until the last century. Taking the road to the right, two blocks later we find a tiny square where the Musee de l'Almodí is.
