Ante una ciudad extensa en su horizontalidad gris azulada, de pronto el barrido de nuestra mirada se para ante una monstruosa torre altísima y negruzca que bien podía desentonar un poco menos si se situase en La Defénse, junto con los demás rascacielos. Pero en fin, una vez construido el pegote ahí en medio de París, al menos queda el consuelo de saber que gracias a esa torre una zona de la ciudad que vivía sus peores momentos resurgió. La torré se ocupó de oficinas y las oficinas atrajeron restaurantes, tiendas, bares… Pero… ¿qué ha traído a Moncloa la torre? Subí una vez y creo que arriba había una cafetería. El mirador era espectacular, eso sí, aunque lo mejor del faro era el ascensor de cristal y esa sensación de vértigo mientras subes. Ya nos tendremos que conformar con los del Reina Sofía.
